Travel MRI Tech in Denver, CO

A Travel MRI Tech Registered Technologist will perform MRI imaging in a radiology unit at an acute care hospital on a 13 week contract in Denver, Colorado. The unit uses GE and Siemens scanners, supports neuro, liver, pelvis, pediatric and cardiac exams, and documents in Meditech.

• Perform MRI scans for a varied patient population
• Prepare patients and complete MRI safety screening
• Start and maintain IV access for imaging studies
• Operate GE and Siemens MRI scanners
• Follow imaging protocols for neuro, liver, pelvis, pediatric and cardiac exams
• Document studies accurately in Meditech
• Work closely with the radiology team to keep patient flow moving

• ARRT (MR)
• 6 months or more of MRI Tech experience
• Ability to scan independently
• IV skills

• Cardiac MR experience
• Advanced neuro experience
