Travel MRI Tech in Asheville, NC

A Travel MRI Technologist will perform magnetic resonance imaging in a radiology unit during a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 9 staff members, uses GE equipment, and charts in Cerner.

• Perform MRI exams for contrast and non-contrast studies
• Prepare patients and review screening information before imaging
• Position patients and support safe use of MRI equipment
• Monitor image quality and repeat sequences when needed
• Communicate with radiology team to coordinate studies
• Document exams and patient information in Cerner

• Current MRI registration
• Knowledge of MRI safety practices
• Patient positioning skills
• Contrast and non-contrast MRI workflow
