About this job

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and update care plans
  • Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and families on recovery
  • Document assessments, interventions, and responses

Qualifications

  • Connecticut Registered Nurse license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
