Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Plymouth, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The role supports rhythm monitoring, medication administration, and daily nursing care.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and perform nursing treatments
• Assess adult medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe care

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to pass a telemetry competency exam
• Documented professional development activities and knowledge of critical paths

• Charge nurse experience
