Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Needham, MA

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Needham, Massachusetts. The unit uses Epic and serves med surg and telemetry patients.

• Assess and monitor patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Observe cardiac rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience
• Epic charting experience
