Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Greenville, SC

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult surgical specialty patients in a hospital in Greenville, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit serves vascular and urology patients with overflow from general surgery and medicine, uses Epic, and works with a 1:5 ratio.

• Provide direct care for adult med-surg patients
• Monitor postoperative patients from PACU, ICU, and ED
• Complete dressing changes and wound vac care
• Manage drains and continuous bladder irrigation
• Support vascular and urology patient needs
• Document care in Epic

• Active South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of med-surg/telemetry experience
• Epic experience
• Heparin protocol experience
• Continuous bladder irrigation experience

• Wound care and wound vac experience
• Central line, PICC, and port care
• Blood product administration
• Teaching hospital experience
