Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on a med surg/telemetry unit in Concord, Massachusetts for a 13-week contract. Telemetry and neuro care are central, and MediTech charting is used.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in condition
• Assess medical-surgical and neurologic patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on the plan of care

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of medical-surgical and telemetry experience
• Travel nursing experience
• Strong telemetry and neurologic assessment skills

• MediTech charting experience
