Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients on an acute care hospital unit in Concord, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on telemetry monitoring, medical-surgical nursing, and Meditech charting.

• Assess and monitor adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Track cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Administer ordered medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Three years of acute care medical-surgical and telemetry experience
• Travel nursing experience

• Meditech charting experience
