Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Colebrook, NH

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide charge-level care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Colebrook, New Hampshire. This unit serves a mix of med/surg and telemetry needs in a smaller hospital setting.

• Deliver charge nursing support for a med/surg and telemetry unit
• Monitor adult patients and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Assist with emergency department coverage as needed
• Document care and patient response accurately

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Compact license accepted
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Registered Nurse experience
• Critical access hospital experience
• Charge nurse experience
