Travel Med Surg RN in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The unit serves medical-surgical patients, uses Epic EMR, and sits in a Level III trauma hospital.

• Assess adult medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Respond to clinical changes and stabilize patients

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Active BLS certification
• 3 years of current or recent telemetry and/or stepdown experience
• Current Epic EMR proficiency
• Ability to read telemetry rhythms
