Travel Med Surg RN in Keene, NH

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide direct care to adult-geriatric medical surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire. The unit uses Epic and serves a general adult-geriatric population.

• Provide direct nursing care to medical surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Perform assessments and document care in Epic
• Collaborate with the care team on progress and discharge planning
• Reinforce patient education and safety measures

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or compact multistate Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification from AHA
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
