Travel Maternal-Newborn RN in Issaquah, WA

A Travel Maternal-Newborn Registered Nurse will provide postpartum and couplet care in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Issaquah, Washington. The 16-bed unit serves patients after vaginal and cesarean delivery, along with low-risk antepartum and transition nursery care. Epic is used for charting.

• Provide postpartum care after vaginal and cesarean delivery
• Monitor newborns and support thermoregulation and glucose management
• Administer blood products and ordered medications
• Manage epidural, PCA, and syringe pumps, drains, and wound vacs
• Perform postpartum assessments and assist with discharge teaching
• Support breastfeeding, infant identification, phototherapy, and newborn assessment

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• 2 years of postpartum experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience
