Travel LPN in Culver City, CA

A Travel Urgent Care Licensed Practical Nurse will support patients in an outpatient urgent care clinic in Culver City, California on a 13-week contract. Epic charting is used in this setting.

• Assess patients and obtain vital signs
• Start and maintain IV access and draw blood
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Perform EKGs, glucose checks, and specimen collection
• Provide wound care, oxygen support, and Foley catheter care
• Support pain management, isolation precautions, and medication reconciliation
• Document care in Epic and communicate patient changes

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• BLS, IV certification, and blood withdrawal certification
• 1 year of urgent care or emergency room experience
• 2 years of outpatient experience
• Epic charting experience

• Emergency Department experience
