Travel Long Term Care RN in Mauston, WI

A Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse will provide day-to-day nursing care in a nursing home in Mauston, Wisconsin on a 13-week contract. It supports residents who need monitoring, assessments, medication administration, wound care, and accurate charting.

• Monitor residents and report significant changes in condition
• Complete resident assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications while following the 5 Rights
• Perform wound care and wound assessments as needed
• Assist CNAs with call lights and day-to-day resident needs
• Communicate updates to physicians, families, and leadership
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation promptly

• Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate degree in nursing
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

• 1+ years of related nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
