Per Diem Long Term Care RN in Seattle, WA

A Per Diem Long Term Care Registered Nurse will provide care for gerontology residents in a long term care unit in Seattle, Washington. The unit has a 1:22 ratio and relies on medication administration and wound vac support.

• Provide routine nursing care for gerontology residents
• Administer medications and monitor resident response
• Assist with wound vac care and dressing changes
• Complete assessments and document resident status
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse and care team
• Observe changes in condition and escalate concerns

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• 2+ years in SNF, LTC, or TCU settings
• Medication administration and wound vac experience
