Per Diem Long Term Care RN in Seattle, WA

A Per Diem Long Term Care Registered Nurse will support geriatric residents in a long-term care unit in Seattle, Washington. The unit uses a 1:22 ratio and focuses on chronic and age-related needs.

• Administer medications and monitor resident responses
• Provide wound vac care and support wound management
• Assess geriatric residents and report condition changes
• Maintain care plans and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with the care team and charge nurse
• Support safety, comfort, and infection control in the unit

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS (AHA)
• 2+ years of SNF, LTC, or TCU experience
• Medication administration and wound vac experience
