Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. This high-risk, high-volume unit uses Epic charting and cares for neonates; first-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery
• Circulate for cesarean deliveries and support operative birth care
• Provide immediate newborn assessment and routine newborn care at delivery
• Support high-risk labor, multiple births, and obstetric emergencies
• Administer and monitor obstetric medications and infusions
• Assist with vaginal delivery, recovery, and postpartum transition care
• Document care and fetal monitoring findings in Epic

• Washington Registered Nurse license or active compact multistate license
• Current BLS and NRP
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• High-risk Labor and Delivery experience
• Epic charting experience

• ACLS and AWHONN Advanced
• Antepartum and Mother/Baby experience
• Obstetric triage experience
• Nitrous oxide and IV start experience
