Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Pomona, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for labor and delivery patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Pomona, California. The unit uses Cerner, sees about 37 patients each day, and operates with a 1:2 ratio in a Magnet, teaching, Level II trauma center; first-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess labor progress, maternal status, and fetal heart patterns
• Assist with vaginal examinations, delivery support, and immediate newborn care
• Provide postpartum monitoring and patient education
• Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, and support teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Cerner
• Maintain safe care for adolescents and high-risk obstetric patients

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP, and EFM
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
