Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Marshall, MI

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care in a birthing center on a 13-week contract in Marshall, Michigan. The unit includes LDRP rooms, triage rooms, and an operating room, with Cerner charting and patient ratios for active labor, early labor, and couplets. RN team members collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other techs to support care.

• Assess labor and postpartum patients and update the plan of care
• Monitor patient status and responses to treatment
• Assist with labor support, induction of labor, and magnesium sulfate therapy
• Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, and other disciplines
• Supervise the nursing care team and support safe patient flow
• Document care, condition changes, and patient progress in Cerner

• Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• Current NRP certification
