About this job

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for obstetric patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Grove City, Ohio. The unit supports labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor
  • Monitor contractions, vital signs, and fetal heart patterns
  • Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
  • Assist providers during delivery and recovery
  • Support newborn transition and immediate care
  • Educate patients and families on the labor course
  • Document care and coordinate with the team

Qualifications

  • Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • NRP certification
