Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Wichita, KS

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist with outpatient and inpatient interventional procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The unit has 3 rooms, uses MAC Lab documentation, and averages 10 to 12 procedures per day. It supports trauma and stroke cases.

• Assist with embolizations, peripheral interventions, drain placements, biopsies, and spine procedures
• Support stroke thrombectomy, neuro coiling, and diagnostic cerebral cases
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for interventional cases
• Maintain sterile technique and support the procedural team during complex cases
• Monitor patient status and respond to changing clinical needs
• Document procedures accurately and support charting workflows

• Active Kansas license
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• Minimum 6 months of current interventional radiology experience
• Strong patient care and procedural support skills

• Stroke case experience
• Trauma center experience
