Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Fullerton, CA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support adult and geriatric patients in a hospital interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization unit during a 13-week contract in Fullerton, California. Epic charting is used, and the role centers on interventional and diagnostic procedures in a collaborative acute care setting.

• Prepare patients and rooms for interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with angiography, embolization, stent placement, biopsies, and related vascular studies
• Circulate, scrub, and maintain a sterile field during procedures
• Set up equipment and support vascular closure systems
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and support teams to keep cases moving
• Support adult and geriatric patients throughout diagnostic and interventional care

• California Radiologic Technologist license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• ARRT R or CCI RCIS credential
• 2 years of interventional radiology experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Competency with room setup, sterile technique, and procedural support
