Travel Intermediate Care RN in Maryville, TN

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care for adults in a progressive care unit within an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Maryville, Tennessee. The 24-bed unit sees about 15 patients daily and uses Epic for charting.

• Monitor telemetry, rhythm changes, and neurologic status
• Manage IV therapies, cardiac drips, and vasoactive drips
• Support ventilated, tracheostomy, and noninvasive airway patients
• Perform line, drain, and feeding tube care
• Administer blood products, insulin protocols, and anticoagulation therapies
• Coordinate with rapid response and interdisciplinary teams

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of intermediate care or stepdown experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting experience
• Prior travel nursing experience

• CPI certification
• Neuro stepdown and PCU experience
• Teaching hospital or community hospital experience
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience
