Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide step-down care in an acute care hospital in Cleveland, Ohio on a 13-week contract. The unit supports cardiac and surgical patients who need close monitoring and intermediate-level nursing care.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes
• Assess patients and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care experience
• ECG rhythm recognition proficiency
