Travel Infusion RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Infusion Registered Nurse will provide triage, care coordination, navigation, and chemotherapy education in an outpatient oncology clinic at a short term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The unit serves adults with solid tumor oncology, including breast, GI, GU, and lung cancer, and uses Epic charting.

• Triage oncology patient concerns
• Coordinate care and navigation
• Educate patients on chemotherapy
• Assess symptoms, pain, and vital signs
• Complete follow-up calls and referrals
• Document care in Epic

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of oncology nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience

• OCN certification
• Telephone triage experience
• Triage experience
