Travel ICU RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for adult and geriatric critical care patients in an intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in West Hollywood, California. The assignment includes a 24-bed unit with Epic charting and a mix of neuro, respiratory failure, hemodynamic instability, and transplant patients. It is a teaching hospital with transplant services.

• Monitor critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Titrate cardiac, vasoactive, and sedation infusions
• Manage ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow support
• Maintain arterial lines, central lines, and IV access
• Administer blood products, IV insulin, and emergency medications
• Assess rhythms, ABGs, and neurologic status
• Support bedside procedures and infection precautions

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of ICU experience in a 400-bed or larger facility
• Teaching hospital experience
• Prior travel experience

• CCRN
• Pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz, EVD, and CRRT experience
• Transplant, cardiac, neuro, and trauma critical care experience
• Epic charting system experience
