Travel ICU RN in Oregon City, OR

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill adults in a short term acute care hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Oregon City, Oregon. The 8-bed unit uses Epic and treats medical and post-surgical patients with complex respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, and metabolic needs.

• Monitor critically ill adults and escalate changes
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips per protocol
• Manage ventilator support, oxygen therapy, and suctioning
• Assess hemodynamics, labs, intake and output, and urine output
• Assist with arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, and transfusions
• Coordinate with respiratory therapy and rapid response teams

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of intensive care unit experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Previous charge experience

• CCRN
• MAB
• Central venous pressure monitoring
• Epicardial pacing wire care and management
