Travel ICU RN in Seaside, OR

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care for adults and geriatrics in a critical access hospital in Seaside, Oregon for an 18-week contract. The 4-bed unit uses Epic charting, sees an average daily census of 2-4, and typically runs 1:2 ratios. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor critically ill adults and geriatrics
• Titrate vasoactive and cardiac drips
• Manage ventilator, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen support
• Administer blood products, IV medications, and emergency therapies
• Maintain central lines, PICC lines, and IV access
• Interpret ABGs, dysrhythmias, and patient condition changes
• Coordinate care with respiratory therapy and rapid response teams

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2 years of intensive care unit experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Experience with ventilator care, vasoactive drips, and dysrhythmia interpretation

• Port access and management
• Arterial line management
• eICU experience
• Medical or surgical intensive care unit experience
