Travel ICU RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Adult Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care for adults in a long-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit serves patients with respiratory distress, stroke, shock, and severe trauma. Nurses support ventilators, monitors, life support, and family education.

• Assess and monitor adult critical care patients
• Plan and implement nursing care for complex medical conditions
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Support ventilator management, suctioning, and advanced equipment
• Assist physicians with procedures and emergency interventions
• Educate and support patients and families

• Texas Registered Nurse license or multistate Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications through the American Heart Association
• Critical care assessment, ventilator monitoring, and IV medication skills
