Travel ICU RN in Arcata, CA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care for high-acuity patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Arcata, California. The role focuses on close monitoring, complex therapies, and coordinated team care in the ICU.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Assess hemodynamic status, neurologic findings, and laboratory trends
• Administer and titrate IV medications and other ordered therapies
• Support ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway care
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans and patient goals
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 3 years of ICU experience
