Travel Home Health RN in Tampa, FL

A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide skilled visits in Tampa, Florida on a 13-week contract. The role serves adults and geriatrics in skilled home care, with general medical and high-risk diagnoses, wound care, infusion support, and electronic documentation.

• Complete skilled home visits for adult and geriatric patients
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and overall home care needs
• Provide wound care, compression dressing changes, and wound vac support
• Manage IV therapy, central access, and lab draws
• Perform catheter care, drain care, injections, and medication support
• Document care and complete home health assessments

• Florida Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled home care experience
• OASIS training and experience
• Infusion, IV, and wound care skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable car
