Travel First Assist RN in Orange, CA

A Travel RN First Assist Registered Nurse will support operating room care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Orange, California. The role covers robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology cases.

• Support scrub and circulating duties for operative cases
• Assist with robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and safe surgical workflow
• Count sponges and related items with the circulating nurse
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and case needs for the operating room
• Collaborate with the surgical team during perioperative care

• California Registered Nurse License
• BLS
• CRNFA
• 3 years of OR scrub and circulating experience as a Registered Nurse
• Proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology cases
• Counting sponges and related items with the circulating nurse
