Travel Endoscopy RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse will provide care for adult and pediatric patients in a hospital endoscopy unit on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit includes pre-op, PACU, and procedure areas, uses Cerner charting, and serves patients with variable ratios.

• Assess patients before endoscopic procedures
• Assist with EGD, colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy
• Support advanced procedures and bronchoscopy care
• Monitor recovery in pre-op and PACU
• Manage sedation support and patient safety
• Prepare endoscopy equipment and supplies

• Active North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior endoscopy nursing experience
• Hospital-based endoscopy nursing experience

• Pediatric endoscopy experience
• Pulmonary endoscopy experience
• Endoscopy tech experience
