Travel Endoscopy RN in Orangeburg, SC

A Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse will support adults and geriatric patients in an acute care hospital endoscopy and GI lab on a 13-week contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The unit is a 3-room lab with 1:1 staffing and Epic charting.

• Prepare patients for endoscopy procedures
• Assist with bronchoscopies, ERCPs, colonoscopies, and PEG placements
• Monitor conscious sedation and recovery
• Start and maintain IV access
• Circulate, gather supplies, and handle specimens
• Document care and coordinate with the team in Epic

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license or compact license
• BLS and ACLS
• 2 years of endoscopy experience
• Epic charting experience
• Prior travel experience
• Conscious sedation, airway management, and dysrhythmia interpretation

• EBUS and EUS experience
• Lithotripter experience
• Scrub and charge nurse experience
• Teaching or community hospital experience
