Travel Electrophysiology Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Electrophysiology Tech Technologist will support EP procedures in an acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska on a 13-week contract. The hospital is Magnet designated and Level II trauma, and the unit uses Epic for a broad cardiac and interventional case mix. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with electrophysiology studies, ablations, and mapping
• Prepare equipment and maintain a sterile field
• Monitor rhythms and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Support cardioversions, conduction studies, and tilt table studies
• Assist with device implants and programming
• Coordinate with the care team during complex procedures

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years of Electrophysiology Tech experience
• Arrhythmia recognition and monitoring skills
• Sterile technique and scrub experience
• Equipment setup and baseline measurement skills

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience
• Interventional radiology and neurointervention exposure
• Structural heart procedure experience, including TAVR and Mitral Clip
• Temporary pacemaker, thrombectomy, and atherectomy experience
