Travel Electrophysiology Tech in Austin, TX

A Travel Electrophysiology Technician will assist in the EP lab for a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The unit has 6 EP labs, uses Meditech, and performs ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart cases.

• Assist with electrophysiology procedures and scrub support
• Prepare the lab and organize equipment for cases
• Support ablations, device implants, and device extractions
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety
• Document case activity in the electronic record
• Collaborate with nurses, scrub techs, and the charge nurse

• 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience
• Sterile technique and procedural scrub skills
• Comfort working in an acute care hospital EP lab

• More than 1 year of cath lab or EP lab scrub experience
