Travel Electrophysiology Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Electrophysiology Tech will support electrophysiology and cardiac procedures in an acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska on a 26-week contract. The unit uses Epic, serves a Magnet, Level II trauma setting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Assist with electrophysiology evaluations, baseline measurements, and rhythm interpretation
• Prepare equipment for mapping, ablation, cardioversion, and related procedures
• Support device-related procedures, including pacemaker and AICD work
• Maintain sterile technique and scrub support during procedures
• Assist with tilt table studies and other EP lab procedures

• 2 years of electrophysiology experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and arrhythmia recognition
• Sterile technique and sterile field maintenance
• Equipment setup and procedural support experience

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience
• Interventional radiology and neurointervention exposure
• Structural heart procedure experience
• Hemodynamic monitoring and temporary pacemaker experience
