Travel EEG Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel EEG Tech will work in a sleep lab at an acute care hospital for 16 weeks in Portland, Oregon. The role supports neonates through geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and works in a 1:1 setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform ambulatory EEG, sleep EEG, and long-term video monitoring
• Apply, monitor, and adjust EEG electrodes and leads
• Operate portable recording equipment and document studies
• Check, operate, and calibrate electromyographic equipment
• Monitor patients during testing and respond to clinical needs
• Support adult inpatient and outpatient EEG studies

• Current BLS
• 1 year of EEG tech experience
• Adult inpatient and adult outpatient EEG experience
• Experience with ambulatory EEG, long-term monitoring, portable recording, and sleep EEG

• ABRET certification
