Travel EEG Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel EEG Tech Registered EEG Technologist will support neuro diagnostics for pediatric and adult patients in a short-term acute care hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Cerner and serves neonates through geriatrics. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform EEG hookups and electrode placement
• Monitor routine, sleep, and long-term video studies
• Assist with epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, and Ictal SPECT
• Record portable studies and sleep-deprived EEGs
• Support trauma and critical care neuro diagnostics
• Work with pediatric and adult patients as assigned

• ABRET certification, BLS, and R. EEG T. credential
• 2 years of EEG experience
• Adult ICU, inpatient, outpatient, and PICU EEG experience
• Electrode placement, long-term monitoring, portable recording, sleep EEG, and collodion/glue hook-up skills

• CLTM certification
• Ambulatory EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction study support
• Evoked potentials, trauma center, teaching hospital, LTAC, and Cerner experience
