Travel ED RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit has 13 beds, a fast track area, 1:4 ratios, and Meditech charting.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Assist with splinting and other emergency procedures
• Monitor patients using bedside equipment and transport monitors
• Document assessments and care in Meditech
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and care team

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Emergency department experience
• TNCC, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Ultrasound-guided IV access
