Travel ED RN in Georgetown, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Georgetown, Texas. The unit has 23 beds, a 4:1 ratio, uses Meditech, and is a Level IV trauma center and primary stroke center.

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients
• Start and monitor IV therapy
• Administer ordered medications and treatments
• Assist with cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation
• Coordinate care with providers and team members
• Document care in the electronic record

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• ALS, BLS, ENPC, and TNCC
• One year of emergency department experience

• Two years of emergency department experience
