Travel ED RN in Burlington, MA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide triage and emergency nursing care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Burlington, Massachusetts. The unit serves trauma and medical emergency patients in a level 1 trauma center and uses Epic charting.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Assess trauma, medical, and behavioral health presentations
• Initiate nursing interventions and monitor patient response
• Coordinate with providers on diagnostics and treatment
• Administer medications and support emergency procedures
• Document assessments, care, and outcomes in Epic

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Trauma Nursing Core Course
• 6 years of emergency department triage experience
• Recent triage experience
• Epic charting experience
• Level 1 trauma experience
• Management of Assaultive Behavior continuing education
