Travel ED RN in Burlington, MA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide triage and emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Burlington, Massachusetts. The unit is a level 1 trauma center with 44 beds and computerized charting. It serves patients with accidents and medical emergencies needing immediate attention.

• Triage incoming patients and prioritize care
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize urgent conditions
• Administer medications and emergency treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Support trauma and behavioral health care needs
• Educate patients and families during visits

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Trauma Nursing Core Course and Management of Assaultive Behavior training
• Minimum 6 years of emergency department or triage experience
• Current or very recent triage experience
• Level 1 trauma and Epic charting experience
