Travel CVOR Tech in Everett, WA

A Travel Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician will assist with cardiothoracic and thoracic surgical cases in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Everett, Washington. The unit serves adults and geriatrics in an 18-room, Level II trauma center with EPIC charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with cardiothoracic and thoracic procedures
• Prepare instruments, supplies and the sterile field
• Support surgeons during open, laparoscopic and cardiovascular cases
• Reprocess flexible endoscopes and related equipment
• Handle specimens and maintain sharps safety
• Document case needs and assist with room turnover

• Washington state registration
• BLS certification
• 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience with general, thoracic and laparoscopic cases
• Aseptic technique, specimen handling, sharps safety and scope care

• NBSTSA certification
• Adolescent case experience
• Bronchoscope, EGD scope and EBUS reprocessing experience
