Travel CVOR Tech in Aurora, CO

A Travel CVOR Tech Surgical Technologist will support cardiovascular operating room cases in an acute care hospital on a 6-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech and CPN charting and manages 1:1 cardiovascular surgical care.

• Assist with cardiovascular operating room cases and case setup
• Prepare instruments and supplies for open heart and vascular procedures
• Support CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacement cases
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical count integrity
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs during complex procedures
• Communicate clearly with registered nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia staff

• Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience
• BLS certification
• DORA certification in hand
• NBSTA certification in hand
• Open heart experience

• Meditech experience
• Travel CVOR Tech experience in large trauma facilities
• Cardiovascular experience
