Travel CT Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Computed Tomography Technologist will perform CT imaging in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, supports a busy emergency department, and handles trauma, stroke, and vascular programs with advanced cardiac imaging.

• Perform CT scans for adult acute, outpatient, ICU, and emergency patients
• Prepare patients and explain CT procedures and contrast administration
• Start peripheral IVs and support contrast delivery for imaging studies
• Obtain quality head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, and thoracic images
• Assist with advanced cardiac and vascular exams, including coronary CTA and TAVR studies
• Document studies in PACS and Cerner and maintain safe imaging workflow

• ARRT CT and ARRT R credentials
• Indiana radiologic technologist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CT experience
• Experience in adult acute care, adult outpatient, ICU, and the emergency department
• PACS, peripheral IV starts, and contrast administration

• Portable CT experience
• Pediatric, adolescent, and neonatal CT experience
• Advanced CT procedures such as biopsies, myelography, colonography, and vascular CTA
• Teaching hospital, trauma level I, Cerner, or Philips experience
