Travel CT Tech in Avon, IN

A Travel CT Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform computed tomography imaging in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Avon, Indiana. The role supports outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients, uses Cerner and PACS, and sees adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT examinations for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and position them for imaging
• Acquire images for abdomen, chest, head, spine, and trauma studies
• Assist with contrast administration, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture
• Support biopsies, drainages, aspirations, and myelography as needed
• Document exams in PACS and communicate with the care team

• ARRT(R) credential
• Indiana radiology license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CT experience
• PACS proficiency
• Community hospital experience

• ARRT(CT) credential
• ACLS certification
• Level I trauma and teaching hospital experience
• Pediatric acute care experience and Cerner familiarity
