Travel CT Tech in Muncie, IN

A Travel CT Tech Computed Tomography Technologist will perform computed tomography imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Muncie, Indiana. The unit handles emergency department scans for neonates through geriatrics in a Level III trauma center and uses Cerner. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform computed tomography exams for emergency department patients
• Support trauma imaging across head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular studies
• Prepare and administer contrast media as ordered
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Monitor patient readiness and comfort during imaging
• Document studies in PACS and Cerner

• ARRT in Computed Tomography
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of CT experience
• Community hospital experience
• PACS experience
• Emergency department, trauma, contrast, and radiation safety skills

• Cerner charting system experience
• GE CT equipment experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Level I or Level II trauma experience
