Travel CT Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel CT Tech will perform CT imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The department serves inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients with Cerner charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients
• Assist with IV starts and contrast administration
• Carry out CT exams of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and musculoskeletal system
• Support trauma, CTA, arthrography, and myelography studies
• Assist with biopsies and drainages
• Apply radiation safety, multiplanar reconstruction, and 3D rendering techniques

• ARRT R and ARRT CT certifications
• BLS certification and ARRT Advanced certification
• 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Cerner charting experience
• Community hospital experience
• Trauma Level II experience

• PACS experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Drainage procedures
• Transplant studies
