A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will support residents in a long term care nursing home on a 13-week contract in Bad Axe, Michigan. The unit focuses on activities of daily living, mobility support, nutrition, skin monitoring, and toileting care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks according to care plans
- Support lifting, turning, positioning, and transport needs
- Help with mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
- Deliver nutritional supplements and record intake accurately
- Monitor resident weight and skin condition, reporting changes
- Complete flow sheets and report changes in resident condition
Qualifications
- Michigan license
- BLS from AHA
