Travel Charge Nurse RN in Chico, CA

A Travel Perioperative Operating Room Registered Nurse will lead charge duties in an acute care hospital in Chico, California on a 13-week contract. The role supports a Level 2 trauma operating room.

• Lead charge oversight for perioperative care
• Coordinate operating room case flow and readiness
• Support preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative patient care
• Communicate patient needs with surgeons and anesthesia
• Monitor clinical status and escalate concerns
• Document care and maintain unit standards

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• 1 year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• 2 or more years of critical care experience
• CNOR certification
